1. Overview

Ad Machine is a private, internal tool operated by Lior Cohen to publish our own marketing content to our own social media accounts via the official APIs of each platform. It is not a public product and is not offered to third parties.

2. Acceptable Use

The tool is used only to publish content we own or are authorized to publish, to accounts we own and control. We use it in compliance with the terms, policies, and developer guidelines of each platform it connects to, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

3. Platform Compliance

All content published through the tool is subject to, and will comply with, the community guidelines and content policies of the destination platform. We are responsible for the content we publish.

4. No Warranty

The tool is provided "as is" for our internal use, without warranties of any kind. Platform APIs may change or become unavailable, and publishing may fail or be delayed accordingly.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the tool or from any platform's handling of submitted content.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
